What you’ll do

Presented as part of the PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival’s Independent Programme, That Paper Joint is hosting a fashion-focused collage workshop!

Using the studio's exceptional array of modern, vintage, and rare fashion magazines, this collage session invites participants of all skill levels to dive into the art of contemporary collage.

Guided by That Paper Joint co-founder Maximillian Malone, an experienced collage artist, you'll be encouraged to experiment with texture, colour, and imagery to craft unique art pieces that reflect your fashion aesthetic.

Whether you’re designing a mood board, creating a singular statement look, or simply exploring your creative side, this collage workshop offers an inspiring and immersive experience.

Discover fresh perspectives on fashion and how old print ephemera can be transformed into something new and original. Embrace the process and your own self-expression, and leave with a tangible artwork in your own distinctive style.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 8 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
